1. I created a Trisikad Ordinance that gave employment to out-of-school youths. These was taken beside Kong Hua School at Kauswagan.
2. I made an ordinance providing for Public Toilets in all Public Parks in the the City. This is located in the old OKK at the Divisoria Rotonda.

3. I created an ordinance to provide for Underpass and Overpass to all Schools located beside the National Highway. This overpass is located near Gaisano CDO.
