PORK BARREL Allocation for the 1st District should be spent wisely with transparency and accountability:
.Roads and Sewerage in the district should be implemented through the principle of Management by Contract and corresponding laborers should be taken from the barangay where the project is implemented. The barangay should be divided into three (3) groups A, B, C for three contractors in a yearly renewable contract to see to it that performance rating is above average so that it will be renewed yearly.
.Work hand in hand with the City Government to promote harmonious relation and stop politicking at times of duty.
.Develop Natural Resources at the district like the Bulua Water Spring and other resources, which are beneficial to the whole community.
.Establish Botica sa Barangay and cooperative stores in all barangays to be financed thru Pork Barrel Allocation of the district and to be supervised by the Cooperative Personnel of the Government as well as to support a project for the Farmers primary needs for effective and productive farming.
